Delivery & Returns

UK DELIVERY 

We charge for UK delivery based on the postage costs of Royal Mail. Please see the Royal Mail website for further information https://www.royalmail.com/price-finder. Depending on which delivery option you select will determine how soon your order takes to arrive. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day, if order is placed before 1pm. Custom orders are an exception and will take longer as they are made to order. As we want to ensure that your item has been delivered correctly, we only send our packages using either a Signed For or a Tracked service. Standard delivery is not available on UK orders. When you reach the checkout you will find various shipping methods available, we have listed multiple methods so that you can choose which one best suits you/the product you are purchasing.


PLEASE SELECT THE CORRECT SHIPPING METHOD IN RELATION TO THE PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED, FAIL TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A DELAY IN YOUR ORDER/AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE TOWARD SHIPPING FEES.


FREE SHIPPING

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £60. Free shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We now offer International Shipping via Airmail. Both Standard and International Tracked & Signed Airmail is available for Europe, World Zone 1 and World Zone 2 according to the destinations outlined by Royal Mail. Please see https://www.royalmail.com/international-zones for more information on which countries comply with the Airmail services and the price guide that we follow. 


IN STORE COLLECTION

We currently offer a Pick-Up service whereby you can collect your order from the Fairy Crafters Craft Shop situated in Woodhall Spa, Lincoln. Upon arrival, please speak to owner Claire Blackburn and ask for your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Although our designs are carefully produced and packaged, we understand that they may not always arrive as expected. If you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them within 14 days for a refund or exchange.


To request a return, please email us at hannahevedesign@outlook.com. Please state your name and address with evidence of your order and the reason for the return and we will advise you how to return your goods. We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt or will provide a replacement where agreed.


Please note that all return postage is to be paid by the buyer. However, you can drop returns off to the Fairy Crafters store in Woodhall Spa free of charge.
